    De boerenwoning genaamd De Ossenstal werd verkocht aan Jan of Johannes Antonie Dijkman, landbouwer, wonend te Heemskerk en handelend voor zijn zoon de landbouwer Theodorus Dijkman die woonde in Heemskerk. Bij de boerderij behoor- den een schuur, hooiberg, dors, karnmolen, kombof, tuin, boomgaard, erf, en een perceel weiland, aan de Melkweg en de Achter- of Koningsweg. Het geheel lag in sectie B en omvatte de percelen nr. 114, 118, 119, 120 en 121. Het geheel werd verkocht voor 13.910 gulden.

    Theodorus Dijkman was in het jaar dat de boerderij door zijn vader werd aangekocht, op 26-jarige leeftijd getrouwd met de 25 jaar oude Catharina Hoogewerf. De boerderij was in die tijd geadresseerd als Wijk I nr. 27. Theodorus liet in 1892 de boerderij verbouwen. Er werd bijgebouwd en afgebroken. De meest noordelijke schuur aan de rand van het erf werd afgebroken en tussen de twee schuren op het noordelijk erf van de boerderij werd een schuur bijgebouwd.51 Uit zijn huwelijk kwamen de volgende kinderen voort: Antonius Petrus in 1891, Christina Agnes Maria in 1892, Petrus Florentus in 1894, Agnes Johanna Maria in 1895 en Johannes Petrus in 1896. Alle kinderen werden geboren in Velsen. Theodorus bleef op de boerderij wonen tot 1898. Hij verhuisde met zijn gezin naar Castricum. Hij verkocht de boerderij aan Willem Dijkman, een landbouwer die woonde in Velsen. De verkoopsom bedroeg 7.760 gulden. Mogelijk waren financiële zorgen de reden dat hij de boerderij moest verkopen. Op de boerderij rustte nog een schuld van 6.000 gulden met daarbovenop nog de rente over dat bedrag. De totale schuld moest uit de opbrengst van de verkoop afgelost worden. Theodorus hield nagenoeg niets over uit deze verkoop.
