Aan mij zijn overgelegd de volgende stukken: de geboorte-akte van ieder der aanstaande echtgenooten: de overlijdensakte van de moeder van den bruidegom. De vader van den bruidegom en de ouders van de bruid hier tegenwoordig verklaren hunne toestemming in dit huwelijk te verleenen.
Van dit voorgenomen huwelijk heeft de afkondiging zonder sluiting plaats gehad te Koewacht op zaterdag zestien en te Sint Nicolaas en Berchem op zondag vier en twintig juni dezes jaars.
Dientengevolge en nadat partijen te mijnen overstaan en in tegenwoordigheid der na te noemen getuigen hebben verklaard, dat zij elkander aannemen tot echtgenooten en getrouw al de plichten zullen vervullen welke de wet aan den huwelijken staat voorschrijft, heb ik, ambtenaar van den buergelijken stand der gemeente Koewacht, in naam der wet verklaard, dat Lucianus Julianus Van Duijse met Maria Leontina van Hooije voornoemd door den echt aan elkander zijn verbonden.
Deze huwelijks-voltrekking heeft plaats gehad in tegenwoodigheid van de hiertoe door belanghebbende gekozen getuigen: Athur Domien Taeijmans oud acht en vijftig jaren, gareelmaker en Franciscus Dominicus Vermeire oud zeven en vijftig jaren voerman beiden wonende te Koewacht.
Waarvan akte, welke overeenkomstig de wet is voorgelezen. De vader van den bruidegom verklaarde wegens onkunde niet te kunnen teekenen?
