Voor ons, GUSTAAF VAN LANDEGHEM, burgemeester, ambtenaar van de burgerlijke stand van de gemeente Sint-Gillis-Waas, zijn verschenen: Robert Baert, oud vierendertig jaar, magazijnier, wonende te De Klinge en Lucien Nauts, oud negenendertig jaar, metaalbeewerker, hier wonende, De eerste zoon, de tweede schoonzoon van de overledene, die ons hebben verklaard dat op heden, dertien mei, om vier uur, in de Kliniek Sint-Helena, Blokstraat, zes, in deze gemeente, is overleden: Caesar Seraphinus Baert, gepensioneerde, wonende te De Klinge, Stationsstraat, eenendertig en geboren te Koewacht-Nederland op vijftien Januari achttienhonderd drieennegentig, nederlander, zoon van Hypolitus Baert en van Maria Philomena van Regenmortel, beiden overleden te Koewacht-Nederland, echtgenoot van Leontina Josephina Van Vooren, oud achtenzestig jaar, zonder beroep, wonende te De Klinge. Na ons van voormeld overlijden verzekerd te hebben en na gedane voorlezing van deze akte, hebben de aangevers, benevens ons, getekend.
