Notes about Evertje van de Bor

Evertje trouwt met Cornelis Waalwijk, ze krijgen drie kinderen waarvan de twee dochters worden geboren in Indonesie aangezien Cornelis door de maatschappij Nederland was uitgezonden.Omstreeks 1906 komt het gezin terug naar naar Nederland vermoedelijk omdat Cornelis ziek is. In 1908 overlijd Cornelis op veertig jarige leeftijd. Evertje blijft achter met drie kinderen. Vermoedelijk was het voor Evertje niet gemakkelijk aangezien de kinderen bij Marretje en Jan van de Bor gaan wonen.
Dit had ook nog een andere reden na de dood van Cornelis was Evertje een zaak begonnen, maar door een ongelukje in huis is er brand ontstaan waarbij bijna het gehele gezin was verbrand. De zaak was een "galantrie"een zaak waar je alles kunt kopen.het adres was Havenstraat 79 in Hilversum.
