Wilhelmina, Mien is geboren op de 18e februari 1916 als Wilhelmina Sleddens op de Langendijk 52 in Gestel en Blaarthem (na annexatie in 1920 werd het adres Eindhoven, Blaarthemseweg 52). 0ma Johanna was nog niet getrouwd dus kreeg ze oma's achternaam zoals te zien is op de foto van de huwelijksakte van opa en oma op 2 maart 1916. De achternaam is bij de trouwdag van oma en op op 2 maart 1916 met een aantekening in de doopakte (zie foto) veranderd naar Wolters. Ze is in ca 1926 verhuisd met de familie naar Hoogstraat 319 waar opa een café uitbaatte en in ca 1937? verhuisd naar de Genneperweg 73. Ze heeft daar waarschijnlijk gewoond tot ca 1942. Ze is van ongeveer 1932 tot 1942 o.a. werkzaam geweest bij Was- en Stomerij De Assie aan de Genneperweg vlak bij de Gestelse Watermolen en later vanaf 23 oktober 1942 gaan werken en Inwonen bij van Hout Vervegaard in de Rechtestraat in Eindhoven als diensbode en/of naaister tot 13 augustus 1943 (haar trouwdatum). Ze staat op 23 okt 1942 niet meer ingeschreven bij de gemeente als woonachtig op de Genneperweg maar op de Rechtestraat, dus vermoedelijk is ze inwonend geweest bij van Hout Vervegaard of elders?? Het is dus niet duidelijk waar ze van 1937 tot 1943 heeft gewoond.
