Heden den 28-12-1912 zijn voor mij, Ambtenaar van den Burgelijken Stand der gemeente Sneek, verschenen , ten einde een Huwelijk aan te gaan:
Jacobus Jillings, oud 24 jaren, van beroep Koopman , geboren te Warga, wonende te Sneek, meerdejarige zoon van Jacobus Jillings, muzikant en
Johanna Christina Arends , zonder beroep beiden wonende te Sneek. en
Sjoerdtje Rinsma , oud 21 jaren , zonder beroep , geboren te Sneek , wonende te Sneek meerderjarige dochter van Johannes Rinsma ,blikslager en Hijlkje
Schoonhoven zonder beroep ,beiden wonende te Sneek.
De beide afkondigingen van dit huwelijk hebben zonder stuiting plaats gehad alhier den 15e en 22e December dezer jaars.
De wederzijdsche ouders hierbij tegenwoordig, verklaarden tot dit huwelijk hunner teostemming te geven.
Waarna ik hun in het openbaar heb afgevraagd , of zij elkander wederkeerig tot echtgenooten aannemen en getrouwelijk al de plichten zullen vervullen,
welke door de wet aan den huwelijken staat verbonden zijn. Nadat deze vragen door ieder afzonderlijk toestemmend zijn beantwoord, heb ik in naam
der wet verkaard dat Jacobus Jillings en Sjoerdtje Rinsma bovengenoemd , door den echt aan elkander zijn verbonden.
Als getuigen waren tegenwoordig: Willem Jillings ,oud 35 jaren Koopman wonende te Sneek , broeder van den bruidegom, Jacob van der Meulen oud
61jaren ,kruier, wonende te Sneek , Tjitze Dorhout , oud 28 jaren, metaal bewerker , wonende te Hilversum en Jelle van der Meulen oud 29 jaren , arbeider,
wonende te Sneek. Waatvan akte overeenkomstig de wet is voorgelezen, verklarende de bruidegom en diens ouders hunne namen niet te kunnen tekenen,
als hebbende geen schrijven geleerd.
