Dear Martin,

Like you, I don't understand the FERWERDA brother. But since posting
that response, based on Cora's obit, remembered that at least one of her
descendants had written something about her. John DAVERMAN, her
grandson, mentioned that she was born in January 1881, and that someone in
her (Cora's) mother's family was a gaurd to Napoleon. Not much, I
realize, but it may be of help in providing connections from Cora and John
(and Thys FERWERDA?) to others in the impressive ALTA database.

If you can deduce her parentage, I would appreciate learning the names.
