Leusden: huis, hof, hofstede, bergen, schuren bij de kerk + bouwland achter de kerk; weiland in het Leusder Heetveld; 2 huisjes bij het Leusder Kerkhof, stadswaards; erf en goed Veldorp; bosch aan de Berg.
Hij trouwde (1) Helmertje Elbertse van Ginkel, ondertrouw 6 Feb 1728 te Amersfoort, attestatie naar Leusden, getrouwd 3 Mrt 1728 te Amersfoort, geboren CA. 1704 in Isselt, jongedochter van Isselt, (dochter van Elbert van Ginkel en Nn) overleden 1728 - 1730 te Leersum.
Hij trouwde (2) Aeltje Gijsberts van Velthuysen, getrouwd 17 Nov 1730 te Leersum, kerkelijk huwelijk 19 Nov 1730 te Leersum, geboren 1699 te Leersum , jongedochter van Darthuisen, (dochter van Gijsbert Anthonisz van Velthuysen en Jannigje Jans) gedoopt 6 Aug 1699 te Leersum, overleden 1775. Aeltje: Op 19 Dec 1777 wordt de boedelscheiding beschreven van Veldhuijsen, Aaltje Geysbertsen, overleden 28-03-1770, Leusden, echtgenoot Schimmel, Willem.
Leusden: huis, hof, hofstede met bouwland, bij de kerk; bosch aan de berg (Het Konijnenbosch); bouwland aan de weg (Reymaarts Kamp); weiland aan het Leusder Heetveld in de Veldschooren. 5 kinderen erfgenamen: Arien -, Geysbert -, Anthonia -, Johannes - en Albertus Schimmel en de kinderen van vooroverleden dochter Jannetje Schimmel.
Kinderen uit dit huwelijk:
i. Jannigje Willems7 Schimmel geboren op 1731.
ii. Arien Willemsz Schimmel geboren op 1732.
iii. Antonia Willems Schimmel, geboren 1733 te Leusden, gedoopt 9 Okt 1733 te Amersfoort, belijdenis CA. 1 Mrt 1758 in Amersfoort, Hervormde Gemeente.
iv. Gijsbert Willemsz Schimmel geboren op 1734.
v. Johannes Schimmel geboren op CA. 1736.
vi. Aelbert Willemsz Schimmel, geboren 1739, gedoopt 8 Jan 1740 te Amersfoort, belijdenis CA. 1 Apr 1760 in Amersfoort, Hervormde Gemeente.
