Hendrik Wouterse, jongeman, wonende te Soest, met zijn moeder Gerritje Hendriks, en Evertje Helmerden, jongedochter, wonende op Corler in Swartebroek, met haar moeder Anna Jans, huisvrouw van Jacob Henriksen, tevoren weduwe van Helmert Hendriks (EK 14/102).
In 1786 bestaat het gezin van een zekere Hendrik Wouterse uit 3 personen. Als beroep staat vermeld: hospes. Naaste buren zijn dan op nr. 178: Wouter Hendrikse, daghuurder (zijn zoon?) en op nr. 180: Gijsbert Goossens Kok, boer. (Inwonerslijst 1786, nr. 179).
Waarschijnlijk was Hendrik 'hospes' in de herberg aan de Grote Melm.

Het eerste kind (Wouter) is geboren binnen acht maanden na het huwelijk.
