    Koning van de Vandalen (496-523) als opvolger van zijn oudere broeder Gunthamund. Hij hernieuwde de vervolging van de katholieken (zijn broeder had dit herroepen). Hij verloor veel gebied in Afrika aan de Moren. Hij werd na zijn dood in 523 opgevolgd door Hilderic.
