    Tussen 1694 en 1713 wordt Jean vernoemd in Santes 19 notarisakten, waaronder het huwelijkscontract tussen hem en zijn derde vrouw Anne Six, en de interessantste (de laatste) daterend van 15 mei 1713 waarin hij aan zijn zoon Nicolas uit zijn eerste huwelijk zijn goederen verkoopt (chevaux, vaches, bestiaux, meubles, fers, labeurs, semences, sèves, graisse, amendises, droits des baux des lieux manoirs et héritages) pour 7600 livres parisis.
