28-10-1811 J.H. ten Kaat verkoopt tegen een ander schip aan P. van Veen een schip genaamd "de Jonge Albert"gebouwd in Nieuwenhuis onder nummer 1676, volgens acte van franciscation d.d. 10 september 1811 te Kampen met de afmetingen: lengte 55 voet,breedte 10 voet en 6 duim, diepgang 6 voet en 3 duim, tonnage 38 37/94 .
28-10-1811 P. van Veen verkoopt tegen een ander schip aan J.H. ten Kaat een praamschuit genaamd "de Jonge Marie" gebouwd als nr1545 in Zwartsluis, waarna de acte de franciscation wordt gesteld in Genemuiden op 22 mei 1811 waarin de afmetingen van de praam zijn vastgelegd: lengte 50 voet en 3 duim, breedte 11 voet en 11 duim, diepgang 5 voet en 11 duim, tonnage 43 65/94 .
