He died in August 1901, aged 78"; the probate calender entry for him was," The will of John Agustus Nicholay of Iver Grove, Iver, Buckinghamshire, and 12 Park Square West, Regent's Park, Middlesex, who died 10 August 1901 at 12 Park Square West, was granted at the Principal Registry on 23 August 196,596 pounds.
