Marie/Mary D came to the US in 11/1870. Two months later, the name Mary Fuchs appears in the 1870 US census (attached) as a member of the Meyer Fuchs household. Fuchs was Mary's mother's maiden name. I believe that Meyer was Mary's uncle. Ten years after that, in the 1880 US census (attached), Meyer's son Isadore Fox appears as a member of Mary's household.
