Dressé le dix neuf mars mil neuf cent seize, à neuf heures du matin, sur la déclaration de Ripoteau Célestin cinquante trois ans cultivateur à Frulon, gendre du défunt et de Planteline Paul, vingt-trois ans, tailleur à Orsennes (Bourg) qui, lecture faite ont signé avec Nous, Emmanuel Bion, Maire.
