Les trois actes relatés nous ont été délivrés par monsieur l'adjoint de Cluis, d'une part ; Et Anne Meublat, sans profession, domiciliée à Hallé en cette commune, âgée de trente ans, née à Orsennes le huit juin mil huit cent dix neuf, constaté au registre de l'état civil de cette commune, fille majeure de feu Félix Meublat décédé à Orsennes le vingt sept août mil huit cent quarante un, d'après l'acte de décès inscrit au registre de l'état civil de cette commune et Jeanne Debrennes, sans profession, domiciliée à Hallé en cette commune ici présente et consentante d'autre part; lesquels nous ont requis de procéder à la célébration du mariage projeté entre eux et dont les publications ont été faites en cette commune les dimanches vingt sept mai dernier et trois juin courant à midi. Aucune opposition au dit mariage ne nous ayant été signifiée, faisant droit à leur réquisition, après avoir donné lecture de toutes le pièces ci dessus mentionnées et du chapître six du code civil intitulé du mariage, nous avons demandé au futur époux et à la future épouse s'ils veulent se prendre pour mari et pour femme, chacun d'eux ayant répondu séparément et affirmativement, déclarons au nom de la loi que Jean Auvillain et Anne Meublat sont unis par le mariage. De quoi nous avons dressé acte, en présence de 1° François Barbaud, journalier, âgé de quarante-huit ans, demeurant à Hallé en cette commune, 2° Jean Paillault, fendeur?, âgé de trente quatre ans, demeurant à Chassignolles, 3°François Meublat, âgé de trente un ans, journalier, demeurant à Frûlon en cette commune, cousin de la future et 4°Denis Meublat, journalier, âgé de vingt cinq ans demeurant à Hallé en cette commune, frère de la future et ont les futurs époux, la mère de l'épouse, les témoins déclaré ne savoir signer excepté Jean Paillault qui a signé avec nous, après lecture faite.
