Getuigen waren Floris Heijmans, oud 34 jaar, koopman, broer van de bruidegom wonende te Gorinchem, Antonie Kars, oud 32 jaar, wonende te Amsterdam, broer van de bruid wonende te Amsterdam, Gijsbert Isarin, oud 23 jaar, ijzerdraaier wonende te Breda en Paulus Christianus van Middelkoop, oud 33 jaar woonachtig in Leerdam.
De eerste getuige tekent als F.G. Heijmans. De moeder van de bruidegom verklaarde wegens onbekendheid met de schrijfkunst haar naam niet te knnen tekenen.

DE COMMISSARIS DER KONINGIN IN DE PROVINCIE ZUID-HOLLAND verklaart, dat Gerrit Heijman geboren te Gorinchem, den 4 September 1863, van beroep koopman, zoon van Roelof en van Douwke van Aalsburg, in het inschrijvings-register van de gemeente Gorinchem van het jaar 1882, voor de lichting van het jaar 1883, is ingeschreven; dat hem bij de loting is ten deel gevallen No. 7, en dat hij vervolgens door den Militieraad, uithoofde van eigen dienst van den dienst is vrijgesteld.
Gegeven te 's-GRAVENHAGE, den 3 Mei 1893.
De Commissaris der Koningin in de provincie Zuid-Holland,
