Getuigen waren Jan Roosink, od 54 jaat, landbouwer, Hermanns Roosink, oud 46 jaar, timmerman, beiden wonende te Lonneker, Herman Wormmeester, oud 39 jaar, logementhouder en Jan te Biesebeek, oud 38 jaar, kleermaker, deze beiden wonende in Eibergen.

Heden den zeven en twintigsten Februari achttien honderd zes en negentig compareerde voor mij Gerrit Ernst Hendrik ter Braak notaris in het arrondissement Zutfen, standplaats hebbende te Eibergen
1. Hendrika Johanna Kammeijer, huisvrouw van Fredrik Boevink, landbouwster, wonende op "Veldman" te Mallem onder Eibergen, bijgestaan door dezen haren man, en door hem gemachtigd
2. Fredrik Boevink, landbouwer, mede wonende op "Veldman" te Mallem voormeld tot bijstand en machtiging zijner genoemde vrouw.
De comparante Hendrika Johanna Kammeijer verklaarde hare toestemming te geven tot het voorgenomen huwelijk van haren zoon Hermanus Boevink, geboren den twintigsten Mei achttien honderd zeven en zestig met Hermina Nijhuis geboren te Lonneker den elfden Februari achttien honderd drie en zeventig, dochter van Hermannus Nijhuis en van Gerridina Wevers, ech telieden wonende te Lonneker.
Waarvan Akte.
Gedaan en verleden ten tijd voorschreven, op het plaatsje "Veldman" te Mallem onder Eibergen, in tegenwoordigheid van Hermanus Fennen, landbouwer en Christiaan Hendrik Top, koetsier, beiden wonende te Eibergen, als getuigen.
De comparanten en de getuigen zijn mij notaris bekend en hebben deze in originali uit te reiken acte onmiddelijk na de voorlezing met mij notaris onderteekend, met uitzondering der comparante Hendrika Johanna Kammeijer, die verklaarde, door ziekelijke aandoening der hand verhinderd te zijn deze acte te onderteekenen.

DE COMMISSARIS DER KONINGIN IN DE PROVINCIE GELDERLAND verklaart, dat Hermanus Boevink, geboren te Eibergen, van beroep landbouwer, zoon van Frederik en van Hendrika Johanna Kammeijer, beiden wonende te Eibergen, in het inschrijvings-register van de gemeen te Eibergen van het jar 1886, voor de lichting van het jaar 1887, is ingeschreven; dat hem bij de loting is ten deel gevallen No. 10, en dat hij vervolgens door den Militieraad uithoofde van te zijn eenige wettige zoon van den dienst is vrijgsteld.
Gegeven te ARNHEM, den 18 Februari 1896.
