De Commissaris der Koningin in de provincie Overijssel verklaart dat Wolter Ennik, geboren te Steenwijkerwold op 7 September 1880, zoon van Roelof en van Aaltje Schaap, als tot op het tijdstip, waarop hij zijn 20e levensjaar heeft volbracht, volgens art. 15 der wet van den 19den Augustus 1861 (Staatsblad nr. 72), geen ingezetene binnen dit Rijk geweest zijnde, geene plichten ten aanzien van de militie te volbrengen heeft gehad.
ZWOLLE, den 2 Juli 1906.
