Hij huurde de boerderij 'Oostwijk' op Oosterdijk 9 van Jacob Dijksen.

Het echtpaar Dijksen/Duinker kwam na 1843 als boer uit Bargen, Oosterenderweg 19. Trijntje werd in 1847 boerin met als knech
t haar zoon Cornelis Pietersz. Dijksen (WLd 1829-Vrij en Blij BG 1882). Zij zijn al vóór 1850 van Oostwijk vertrokken.
