Hij woonde in Heelweg (Varsseveld) op "'t Olthuiskamp" / "Petershutte" in de nabijheid van boerderij" 't Olthuis" (deze hut werd afgegraven in 1724 door den Schoppeman) ,waar exact de vroegere "Petershutte" gelegen was is niet geweten, maar er bestaat nog steeds een boerderijtje met de naam "Petershutte" ; Molenweg 35 in Heelweg ; tegenover Molenweg 32 " 't Olthuis".
