Pieter de Pijper overleed te Brielle op 25/7/1880, legateerde het vruchtgebruik van zijn nalatenschap aan Johanna Antonetta van den Bergh, overleden te Brielle op 8/3/1894, daarna aan Antonie de Pijper. Universeel erfgenaam was Jan de PijperAriesz., inmiddels op 18/11/1892 te Heenvliet overleden. Diens erfgenamen zijn Pieter, Adriaantje, Maartje, Geertrui en Annetje de Pijper. Het kapitaal van f 4600 staat inmiddels vast op Grootboek. Antonie de Pijper verkoopt zijn rechten aan de erfgenamen en men verdeelt het saldo.
