Ten eerste: Erve de Halve Ewoltstede of Hekkert gelegen onder de gemeente Gorssel, buurschap Eschede. Daarbij behoren bouw- en weidelanden, heide en bosgronden. Betreft kadastrale percelen E 146 (bouwland), 147 (hakhout), 174 (boomgaard), 175 (hakhout), 176+179+180 (bouwland), 853 (heide), 945 (weide, ligt in Gorssel plek Ewoltstede?), de helft van 1034+1035 (heide), 1065 (heide), 1133 (bouwland?), 1134 (huis en erf), 1135 (opgaande bomen). Verwezen wordt naar een akte van 2 februari 1801.

Ten tweede: de helft (de andere helft behoort toe aan Hendrik Jansen) van de navolgende percelen: E 886 (weide), 887+888+889 (water), 890 (weiland). Percelen staan op naam van Arend Jan ter Maat. Verwezen wordt naar een akte van 2 oktober 1831.

Te aanvaarden per 22 februari 1845. Koopsom 4300 gulden. Hiervan wordt 1750 gulden betaald op 1 januari 1845. De rest van het geld wordt van diverse geldschieters geleend.
