In 1836 zijn zij verhuisd naar de bouwmanswoning nabij het kasteel, maar het is waarschijnlijker dat zij daar omstreeks 1827 al hebben gewoond en in het register van de personele omslag nog bij Kasteel Joppe stonden geregistreerd omdat de bouwmanswoning toen nog geen huisnummer had.

Akte 10-05-1844: Mannes ten Have x Janna Klein Velde (overleden) schenkt deel van inboedel aan zoon Albert t.g.v. zijn huwelijk met Willemina Hendrika Tuitert. Voorwaarden en verpleging. In huis is ook een ziekelijke dochter Aaltjen ten Have.

Akte 1832 m.b.t. "Ten Have - Nijland" te Linde onder Diepenveen: Verkoop aan Albert ten Have x Lammerdina Daalwiek /Daalwijk voor f 100.- en hypotheek.

Het echtpaar is eigenaar van de Drie Kievietten en heeft daar ook gewoond. Zij hebben deze in 1845 opnieuw gebouwd.
