Dochter van Jan de Munnik en Elisabeth ter Wal.
Eigenaresse van de Oldenhof, Veldzicht en Haijtinkhof. In 1915 verhuist zij naar Honswijck in Gorssel.

In april 1892 wordt den Oldenhof door de toenmalige eigenaressen - de dames Scholl van Egmond en De Munnik - ingericht als sanatorium voor zenuwlijderessen.
