Deze boerderij is later bekend als "Overmars" en wordt in 1832 de katerstede "Beld Garrits" genoemd. Gerrit wordt sinds 09-10-1793 vermeld als 'Gerrit Overmars' en het echtpaar bezit in 1800 aan "Overmars" 4 koeien. "Overmars" heeft in de periode 1811-1850 als adres Huis 135.
