Ad. 8 et 9 artlm. segt Garrit Ruvekamp wel te weten, datter vier kinderen in ’t huis waren, met namen Willem, Garrit, Elsjen en Marie, dat die vier de bouwerie met alles watter was van de andere met name Arent en Derk, en dan van de kinderen van Jacob en Jan hebben hebben gekogt dat wel gehoort heeft, dat zij der hondert daler voor geloofft hebben, en dat daarop het accoort is gemaakt.
