Akte van 28 juli 1638, waarin worden genoemd Goswin Buininck, Gerrit ten Bus of ten Bussche, Thoenis Francke, Gerrit Smeinck en Albert ten Bussche. Dit is een slecht leesbaar handschrift. In elk geval wordt aan de heren gevraagd hoe oud zij zijn. Aelbert ten Bus zou ongeveer 55 jaar oud zijn, niet geboren in Gorssel [!] maar er wel 40 jaar gewoond. Gerrit ten Bus of Bussche was 85 jaar oud. Als de opgegeven leeftijd correct is, dan is hij geboren in 1553.
