Den 23 april 1793 ontvangen van Barta Olthof, weduwe van Wolter Beunk, 49 guldens, 19 stuijversen 10 penningen, in voldoeninge van den 50epenning van de navolgende twee parceelen, als 1evan een weijde, even achter het Dommerholt, ofte terzijden het huijsvan dien naam, aan de Dommerbeeke, bij het voetpad van Zutphen op Deventer, en 2ede katersteede het Schuurinkgeheten, bestaande in huijs, schuur en bouwland, mede langs de gemeene weg, ofte voetpad van Zutphen naarDeventer, tot aan de scheidinge van de marken Gorssel en Epse, beijde onder deesen schoutampte kerspel Gorssel, buurschap Epsegelegen. Aangekocht van Sweer Dommerholt en Harmenken Roeterink, echtelieden, zijnde de kooperse en verkooperen onder Gorssel woonachtig, het eerste perceel voor 1540 guldens, en het tweede perceel voor 840 guldens, dus te zaamen voor 2380 guldensvan 21 stuivers, op den 4maart 1793
