Akte 01-12-1837: Verkoop van katerstede Koert te Kring van Dorth door weduwe Nijendijk en schoonzoon Hendrik Jan Scheperboer x Gerritje Nijendijk.

Echter waren ze ook eigenaar van het erve Nijendijk te Kring van Dorth. Bron: ID 864 (Notarissen te Deventer) D.J.R. Jordens, akte 284, Inv. nr. 205. (datum:13-12-1833). Het erve was eerder van de ouders van Gerritjen.
Waarschijnlijk is dit de erve waar het echtpaar woont want in een akte van 1833 wordt Hendrik Jan landbouwer op Nijendijk genoemd.

Akte 08-02-1837: I.v.m. een hypotheek groot f 10.500.- N.B. Hypotheek ook op erve Koert, Schutte (geen huis) en katerstede Stegeman (ook wel Hutteman). De laatste was aangekocht van Teunis Rietman op 30-04-1824.

Akte 01-02-1837: Schutte (erve zonder huis) verkocht aan Hr Laurens Kleijn op Huize Dorth. Zie ook erve Nijendijk.
