Zij verkopen in juli 1792 (beschrijving 30-07-1792) aan de Heer Jan Schimmel Hendrikus zn (mogelijk een broer van de Holtense predikant Christiaan Schimmel) 'hun lieder halfscheid in de erve "Brinkman, "Roelofs" en "Lubbers" in de gerigte van Holten, Buurschap Helle gelegen, voor ƒ6800,- '. Mogelijk is, vanwege zijn bezit in de buurschap Helle, dit de reden dat hij als 'Albert Vincent Schuitert' in 1772 voor de buurschap Helle deelneemt aan het beroepingswerk voor een nieuwe predikant. Waarschijnlijk gaat Aleida Schuitert na het overlijden van Albert, naar het Dorp Holten. In 1811 woont ze in Huis 23 ("Forterie"). Zij overlijdt in een ongenummerd (nieuw) pand. Het echtpaar blijft kinderloos.
