Zusammen traten den Brüdern Christoph, Wilhem, Hans Christoph und Valentin am 9-1-1667 in einem Vertrag mit den Försters zu Seesen wegen der Abdeckerei im Amt Langelsheim als Mitunterzeichner auf.

Das Wohnhaus des Henkers und Abdeckers von Goslar lag außerhalb
der Stadt vor dem „Lamborger Dor“ am Reiseckenweg 4, das im Katalog 1 unter St.
Annenhöhe näher beschrieben ist. Das Henkershaus wurde Hengerie
oder Meisterei genannt. Der Henker betätigte sich auch manchmal als
Menschen- und Viehdoktor. Um 1600 wurde am Reiseckenweg dieses
Haus neu erbaut und 1677 erweitert. Seit dem 17. Jahrhundert wird es
als Scharfrichterey Kägelworth urkundlich erwähnt.

In Goslar herinneren de straatnamen Köppelsbleek (waar de lijken van de terechtgestelden werden achtergelaten), Hochgericht (waar de terechtstellingen plaatsvonden) en Fillerbrunnen (Plek waar de Abdeckerei heeft gestaan) nog steeds aan de praktijken van o.a. de Scharfrichters Kruse.
