Aryaen Jansz Boy was herbergier aan het Noordeinde, in het huidige Noordeinde 3. Deze herberg heette aanvankelijk "de Schans", en vanaf ca. 1725 "de Drie Swanen".
In 1727 verkoopt zijn weduwe de herberg< Deze weduwe zal in 1743 zijn overleden, wanneer de voogden over de kinderen het huis op Zevenhuizen verkopen.
