Mathildis I van Bourbon (?, 1165 - Montelaux, 18 juli 1228) was het enig kind van Archimbald VIII van Bourbon en van Adelheid van Bourgondië. Zij volgde haar grootvader op als vrouwe van Bourbon in 1171. Mathildis was gehuwd met:
Walter IV van Vienne (gescheiden in 1195)
Gwijde II van Dampierre (1151-1216)
