Williamsburg is an unincorporated community in eastern Callaway County, Missouri, USA. It is part of the Jefferson City, Missouri Metropolitan Statistical Area. It is home to Nine Mile Presbyterian church, presided over by James W. Cruickshank. It is also located on Missouri Supplemental Route D just off Interstate 70 about thirteen miles northeast of Fulton at {{#invoke:Coordinates|coord}}{{#coordinates:38|52|11|N|91|44|49|W|type:city | |name= }} (38.8697, -91.7469) Williamsburg is home to Cranes Country Store. Established in 1926, the store is a major draw for tourists from across the country. Ira Louvin of country music act The Louvin Brothers was killed here. He died on June 20, 1965 when a drunken driver struck his car in Williamsburg, Missouri
