Brzeg Głogowski [ˈbʐɛk ɡwɔˈɡɔfski] (German: Brieg) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Żukowice, within Głogów County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland. It lies approximately 6 km (4 mi) north-west of Żukowice, 13 km (8 mi) west of Głogów, and 101 km (63 mi) north-west of the regional capital Wrocław.Prior to 1945 it was in Germany. After World War II the region was placed under Polish administration and ethnically cleansed according to the post-war Potsdam Agreement. The native German populace was expelled and replaced with Poles.The village has a population of 500.
