Prężynka is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Lubrza, within Prudnik County, Opole Voivodeship, in south-western Poland, close to the Czech border. It lies approximately 3 kilometres north-west of Lubrza, 5 km north-east of Prudnik, and 42 km south-west of the regional capital Opole. Before 1945 the area was part of Germany. The village has a population of 320.
