Lubenec is a village and municipality in Louny District in the Ústí nad Labem Region of the Czech Republic. The municipality covers an area of 36.68 square kilometres, and has a population of 1,538 (as at 28 August 2006). Lubenec lies approximately 43 kilometres south-west of Louny, 79 km south-west of Ústí nad Labem, and 80 km west of Prague.
