Alojzy Bieliński urodził się 21 czerwca 1889 r. w Pączewie w obwodzie „rejencyi” gdańskiej. Do szkoły chodził w Pączewie, Pelplinie (Collegium Marianum) i Toruniu. Praktykę drukarską i kupiecką odbył w wydawnictwie „Gazety Toruńskiej” w Toruniu i u „Wiarusa Polskiego” w Bochum. Jakiś czas był czynny w wydawnictwie „Naszej Gazety” w Starogardzie Gd,, a jako odpowiedzialny redaktor tego pisma, skazany został na dotkliwą karę pieniężną i napiętnowany jako wróg niemczyzny. W dniu 1 kwietnia 1914 r. załoążył drukarnię w której od 1 lipca 1914 r. w Oberhausen w Nadrenii wydawał tygodnik dla Polonii w Niemczech pod tytułem „Po pracy”. Był zaręczony z Jadwigą Gapską z Chełmna, późniejszą starościną Chmielecką. Alojzy Bieliñski powołany został pod broń szóstego dnia po wybuchu pierwszej wojny światowej. Jakby cudem długo wychodził bez szwanku z największych niebezpieczeństw, ale z ostatnich listów przebijało przeczucie śmierci, która go w końcu istotnie dosięgła, ku wielkiemu smutkowi rodziców, rodzeństwa i krewnych. Alojzy Bieliński zmarł 28 maja 1916 r. o godzinie 9:20 wieczorem, w lazarecie polowym w 27 roku życia. Przyczyną śmierci było okaleczenie przez granat odniesione tegoż dnia przed południem na polu walki pod Verdun.
