"Commodore Perry Alwood was my step-grandfather, my grandmother's second (and last!) husband. They had both been married before and divorced. She was Madge Moore Hunsberger. They married about 1927 and lived in Elkhart, IN. Perry died inElkhart in 1957. He was a great guy and had a wonderful sense of humor. He was like a 2nd grandfather to me and my cousins.
