Dorothy Ida Cawthorn, age 88, passed away Saturday, March 29, 2014, at Kingston in Perrysburg, OH. The daughter of Harry and Maude Donnelly, she was born September 21, 1925, in Toledo. She was a 1943 graduate of Scott High School. Shemarried I. Paul Cawthorn on January 15, 1949, in Angola, Indiana. Dorothy enjoyed sewing, knitting, crocheting, reading and genealogy. She was an entensive traveler, visiting Europe, Ireland, New England and western United States. Shewill be most remembered as a caring loving mother, who felt family was the most important part of life.

She is survived by her son, Roobin (Terri) Cawthorn; Susan (Jim) Davis and Sally Taylor, granddaughter Jennifer (Robert) Mapes, Ryan Davis, Stacey (Ben) Vone, Beth Taylor; great-granddaughter, Hannah Cawthorn, and many nieces and nephews.She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Paul; son, Patrick; granddaughter, Shannon Cawthorn and 7 brothers and sisters.

Friends may visit on Thursday, from 3-6 p.m. at Walker Funeral Home 5155 Sylvania Ave. (west of Corey Rd.) where services will be held Friday, at 11 a.m. Interment will follow at Ottawa Hills Memorial Park. Condolences may be sharedwith the family at ..." <>
