'DIED. BRATTON.-Abigail M. Bratton, daughter of James and B. D. Smout died near Cecil, Paulding county October 22, 1886, aged 31 years, 1 month and 2 days. Her remains were brought back to the home of her childhood, Fulton township, ofFulton county when sympathising friends laid her to rest by the side of her little son, Robert J., who was buried just two months before, in the Fulton Union cemetery. Our loss is their eternal gain, safe with Jesus. She leaves ahusband, two children, a mother, four brothers and three sisters besides numerous friends and relatives to mourn her early death. Her funeral services were conducted by Rev. Hall of the F. M. church Delta.'
