Dorothy Cawthorn says Eliza had a son who would come by the house when William E. Hill was not around. WEH thought him to be a free-loader. This must have been after WEH returned to Delta, OH after Salmah (Alwood) Hill died in 1891 inCass City, MI.
Eliza is given the title 'Grandmother' on her tombstone.
