"Your tree says that Debelts E. De Belts died in "Fortasse" Iowa or South Dakota. According to our family tree he died in Lennox, Lincoln county, South Dakota. Not sure if you are aware that "Fortasse" is a Latin term meaning possibly or maybe. Just thought I would let you know, It sounds like you thought it was a place? Maybe it is? You never know. But I doubt it, I could be wrong.

I am just starting to work on this tree, and was comparing information. There appears to be a few differences, that I will have to research.

Have fun Carl" <>
