"Laura Kuper
(February 15, 1916 - April 25, 2014)

Laura Kuper, 98, died Friday, Apr. 25, 2014 at the Lennox Good Samaritan Center. She was born in 1916 and grew up near Lennox. She married John D. Kuper in 1932. She had lived in California and worked as a public school librarian. They returned to South Dakota in 1981. John died in 1992. She was also preceded in death by two sons; Gary and Sidney. Survivors: children: Ellen Jansen-Soret, Sioux Falls and John F. Kuper, Jupitor, FL, 12 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren. Services will begin at 10:30 a.m. Friday, May 2 at Turner Co. First Presbyterian Church, rural Davis. Visitation will precede the funeral beginning at 9:30 a.m. also at the church"
