'Orpha Bell Draper, second child of Ann and Columbus Draper, was born November 8th, 1851 near what is now known as Lytton, Fulton Township, Fulton County, Ohio. Here she spent her childhood days and grew to young womanhood. She taughtdistrict school several times and was married to Isra__ Salsberry in 1872. To this union were born two children, Mary B. Re_ November 11, 1873, and Garfield _ Salsberry March 23rd. 1880. She spent her entire life after he marriage onthe old homestead in Pike twp. and reared her family there. She was widowed Dec. 12th. 1919 when her husband passed to eternal rest. She was very much attached to her home and was a woman of the type that has much to do with thedeveloping of our county to its present state. She was a firm believer in industry and progress. In 1898 she took a foster son, Mr He_man Warwick of Mishwauka, Ind. into her home and cared for him until he grew to young manhood. OnJune 28th. 1922 she passed to her home beyond and is survived by her three children, six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren and two sisters and three brothers who keenly feel her loss. A mother has passed on after long anduseful life. ...

The funeral service was held from the home six miles north east of Wauseon, conducted by C. E. Rostofer of the Wauseon Christian Church Friday afternoon 2:00. The body was laid to rest in Delta cemetery.
