William W. Crouch was the son of Samuel Crouch and Leanah Catharine (Gulick) Crouch. William married Emma Holdeman on January 15, 1895 in Jasper County, MO. They lived in Champaign County, IL when their first child, Ella Belle, was born and returned to Jasper County, MO due to Emma's health. Emma died in 1898. Emma may have died giving birth or shortly after her baby was born as Baby Crouch is buried next to her. William and Ella Belle returned to Illinois. William married Flora E. Glenn in 1904. Flora was born February 18, 1883 in Forreston, Ogle County, Illinois. They had two children, Homer born in 1909 and Madgeline born in 1912. William died in 1933 and Flora lived to age 90, passing away on February 10, 1973 in Polo, Ogle County, Illinois.
