Ruth Dawn Tenney of Saginaw, Michigan, passed away Friday, September 7, 2012, at the Cartwright Care Residence. Age 71 years. The daughter of the late Grover and Nora Wolfgang was born October 14, 1940 in Saginaw, Michigan. She married Jay Tenney. He predeceased her. She was a graduate of Delta College School of Nursing and retired from the Aleda Lutz Veterans' Adm. Hospital with twenty-five years of service. She was an artist and enjoyed traveling, music festivals and local jazz events. Surviving are three sons and their spouses, Gary and Mary Seibert, Montrose, MI; Rick Seibert and his fiancé, Anita Carlson, Sterling, MI; Rod and Missy Seibert, Otsego, MI; two step-sons, Steve Tenney and John and Mandy Tenney; 12 grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; a sister and her husband, Gail and David Smith, Jackson, MI. Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held at 12:30 p.m. Saturday, October 6, 2012, at the W. L. Case and Co. Funeral Chapel 4480 Mackinaw Rd. Saginaw, MI. Rev. Robert Richards will officiate. Friends may call at the chapel from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the memorial service. www.casefuneralhome.com
