Hazel Virginia Taylor Dennison, 80, of Ridge Road in Mt Airy, died Saturday at Carroll County General Hospital after a brief illness.

Born in Carroll, she was the daughter of the late W. Benjamin and Addie Belle Blizzard Taylor. She was retired from Hochshild Kohn Co. in Baltimore.

She is survived by husband Wilton F.; sister Hilda T. Green of Westminster, and several nieces and nephews.

Services will be Tuesday at 11 am. at Thomas D. Fletcher and Son Funeral Home in Westminster. The Rev. Barry E. Hidey, pastor of Emory Methodist Church, will officiate. Burial will be in Evergreen Memorial Gardens.
