Susan Beth (Nichols) "Suzie" Hazuka was born on May 16, 1957 in Grundy Center, Iowa to Clarence and Elnora (Riebkes) Nichols. She graduated from Saddle Back High School in Santa Ana, California in 1975.

On May 26, 1984 Suzie married Larry J. Hazuka in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Suzie worked as a teller for the Orange County Credit Union in California for twenty years. She was a very energetic person with a love for her husband, family and friends. She enjoyed cooking, embroidery, and photography. She was always trying to capture that perfect shot and those pictures will live on.
